This is a charming large vintage French hand crochet throw/bed cover - - worked in mercerised cotton and dating from the 1930's - a open work pattern in a bright white thread - with a detailed scalloped border around the entire throw.
It is large 260 cms x 220 cms - or 102" x 87"
We have laundered this throw- dried outside in the warm French sun and it is fresh and ready for immediate use.
Condition - Good vintage condition - we have checked thoroughly and there are no holes, or visible repairs- there are a couple of areas where the thread needs weaving back in - but truly in fine condition. No staining and good white.
Overall a fabulous size and great detail on this vintage French coverlet.
