Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders arrive safely and promptly. We process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days & send all items trackable. Delivery times will vary based your location If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our returns and exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item & ship back within 14 days. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging. For more details on the process, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

SHIPPING & TARIFF INFO FOR USA CUSTOMERS ONLY

Here are the answers to some of your questions- if you have any additional queries, please simply ask.

Who are you using to ship.French Colissimo/Chronopost/Fedex- all trackable insured services.

What level are tariffs? We complete all the necessary detailed paperwork, Vintage items less than 100 years old are subject to tariffs at 15%, with a lesser rate of 5% for artworks.

Antiques should not incur tariffs. so you should not be charged if you buy items over 100 years old. We send all documents required by USA customs to confirm the item is an authentic antique.Almost all of our shipments to date have not incurred tariffs- but please be aware that these regulations can be interpreted differently by different States and customs operatives.

Payment of tariffs is the responsibility of the buyer, and will be required to be paid before or at delivery. Failure to accept or pay tariffs by the buyer will result in the item being held by US customs or destroyed. Therefore it is not possible to refund or accept a return -if you refuse an item or tariff payment due.

Will I have anything to pay when my parcel arrives?Some shipments incur brokerage fees on arrival in the US, although these have to date been far less than anticipated- our experience has been between US$3 to US$30 depending on the size and cost of the parcel. Please be aware this is not a fixed fee or a percentage.

Clarification -What are tariffs As part of the President’s ‘Big beautiful bill’ tariffs were introduced to all goods entering the USA, commencing August 29th 2025- The previous de-minimus exemption of $800US ceased.Tariffs (15% for all goods originating in France / EU countries) are payable to the US government by the person purchasing the item .Additionally, administration fees are paid to the company in the USA who carries out the importation admin on your behalf, whether this is USPS or a private shipper like Fedex.
