Bernard Cathelin- Bio
born on May 20, 1919 in Paris, died in the same city on April 17, 2004, is a French painter, lithographer and illustrator.
In 1951, he met Matisse who provides him with lessons and advice.
His tapestries - for which this is an exhibition poster are filled with bright colors and rich textures that reflect his love for the landscapes and cultures he has explored.
