Michel Mohrt -Bio
Michel Mohrt, born on 28 April 1914 in Morlaix and died on August 17, 2011 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, is a French writer, in turn essayist, novelist and historian of literature, in addition to having also been a literary editor and translator, literary critic and painter (watercolorist).
Michel Mohrt entered the world of letters from the age of 14 by illustrating a work by the Breton writer Jakez Riou in engraved wood. He studied law and literature at the University of Rennes. Graduated in law, he enrolled in the Morlaix bar in 1937.
