Rare full set of French barrel markers from a Cognac distillery- Metal looped handles with screws thread into cast metal number . These are weighty- I have never before come across a full set -only single numbers.

Numbers - 012345678 - 9 in total

They date from around 1920's and would be used to number or date the barrels of Cognac

They make a fantastic display /conversation piece perfect for industrial styling - loft style interiors. 

Condition - Good vintage condition-there is wear on the letters- but none are broken or damaged - the handles do carry rust - we have used some wire wool on the handles to remove the bulk of the rust- please see photos - condition is totally visible in photos -
