This is a type of stoneware , called "fire porcelain." This is not an earthenware or " ironstone " It's a stoneware that consists of kaolin and feldspar- "Terre de Acier"
ST Uze pottery is highly collectable.

Condition -antique condition fine short hairline from the neck(visible photo 3) -- aged crazed appearance commensurate with age. flaking of glaze on rim.
