Delightful fine French porcelain, from the Limoges Bernardaud Factory and dates from between 1900 to 1927 (the stamp on the base confirms) It is in truly pristine condition has possibly spent most of it's life in a cabinet- unused. It is a small single or double portion size and the most striking combination of a vibrant emerald green and white glaze.
Léonard Bernardaud associated with Delinières since 1895 bought this factory located at 5, chemin de la Borie in Limoges at the place called La Taupinière in 1900. In 1905 the factory became Bernardaud et Cie to this day. In 1979 Bernardaud continued his expansion by buying the Vignaud Brothers factory located at 90, rue du Chinchauvaud in Limoges. The factory continues to produce today.
