These are a stunning pair of Lunel French table lamps - mid century, produced by Maison Royal Lumiere 1950's.

Rare design to find and these were a high end product when first produced , they are constructed from exceptional quality materials and have weight for the size of the lamps. This design was named 'tête à tête' 

The base is circular, which supports a cone prism crystal with bevelled edges, which the outline shape is then replicated above in gold metal- this trumpet shape supports 5 tubes of gold metal, three with decorative crystals at the end - A central bulb with a silver, petalled flower and two larger tulip type heads, with perforated, pointed edges, which support larger bulbs - so three bulbs per lamp ( 2 small pygmy bayonet types & 1 E12 bulb) - They are a nature inspired design and so typical of Lunel designs of the period , they do nevertheless have a distinct Art deco feel also.


They would be beautiful on occasional tables, a console style table or bedside lamps.

These lamps have been checked by an electrician, and both are fully working , they have both been fitted with new bulbs which we will include with the lamps- so they are both ready to go- they have an on/off switch on the cable and both are fitted with a French plug.

Condition -Superb vintage condition -these have clearly been looked after and maintained exceedingly well - there is no wear or rub to the gold - no damage or loss of parts , No damage to the crystal or edges of -please do look at the photos and enlarge they clearly show the condition and are an integral part of the description. These truly are an exceptional pair.
