A charming large square bevelled glass French 19th century ring casket/box decorative ormolu finished mounts and thick bevelled glass - sitting on four out turned feet. Inside is a tufted silk pillow - which originally would have been red silk - but is time worn and has faded to pink.
The image shows the Hotel de ville Lyon - and on the inside lid there is a mirror.
