Adore this stylised, angular Art deco aneroid French barometer - circa 1920's-30's - just look at that typography so utterly deco- the shape, the minimalist sleek platform upon which it sits! It is possible to angle, pivot the face on the base.

The glass face is finely bevelled at the edge , this is weighty for the size and is a quality piece.

Fully working as a barometer and responsive to pressure -

Condition - Good antique condition - There is rub and wear to the the reverse - all visible in the photos, where the chrome has lifted, There is also rub to the chrome, exposing the brass on the front left hand side support. This has clearly been a loved and well used and handled barometer- Please see photos as these clearly show the condition of the item and are an integral part of the description. -
