Two French charming ceramic /Stoneware Pots - Both antique and date from the late 1800's - early 1900's
The confiture jar and is made from stoneware, glazed inside and out, and has La Ménagère on the front '"Housewife" in French - perfect for flatware storage or similar.
The white pot has stored "Rillette's" - (a type of delicious potted meat) from the town of Tours. It is stamped fully on the base.
We love these & not only are they decorative - they also have a multitude of uses - in the kitchen, Garlic pots, utensils, bouillon cubes etc, etc
