A. Hardy & Cie- Prestigious Cognac house - This is a glass bottle produced in the 1950's for the said Company and would have originally held Cognac - It is marked in relief on the reverse of the bottle.
It carries their signature French Cockerel in relief on both sides of the bottle and has a unique multi coloured 'drip effect" glass. At some time post 1950- it has been converted to a very attractive table lamp base. It is fitted to take a bayonet style bulb, has an off/on switch mid cable and currently has a french plug.
It is fully working but - as with any electrical appliance , we always recommend that you check the item is compliant with the electrical regulation in the Country of use .
