French antique hanging balance /weighing scales We believe these date from the 1920's .
Brass hanging support - with hook to attach to the ceiling, or similar and two hooks to support the two pans, which in turn have 3 chains which are attached with hooks - which go through holes in the sides of the copper pans.
These work well in the garden as display, or in a country kitchen.
